OPERATION

To receive promotional offers when in close proximity to a McDonald's restaurant and to use the application seamlessly, ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Despite common concerns, Bluetooth consumes minimal energy, and this should not affect your phone’s battery life.

The connected beacon system interacts directly with the BigMag app via Bluetooth whenever you are near a McDonald's location. You will receive a notification with the current promotion, which can be viewed within your personal offer list throughout its validity period.

No registration is required to use the application.

INSTALLATION

Your smartphone must operate on iOS 7 or higher to access all features, including notifications triggered by beacon technology.

PERMISSIONS REQUIRED

During installation, the app will request several permissions necessary for optimal operation:

Your personal information will never be disclosed to third parties, via any media or format. Please note that enabling GPS in background mode may significantly impact battery life.
